Jim is a dedicated member of the firm with over 35 years of experience in accounting, small business administration, and strategic tax planning. He earned his CPA license in 1989 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1988, and he has been proudly associated with the firm since 1990.
Jim’s expertise spans individual, business, fiduciary, and estate tax planning. He brings specialized insight in Client Accounting Advisory Services, offering high-level support and solutions tailored to closely held businesses and their owners.
In addition to his work as a CPA, Jim is a licensed investment adviser representative, a licensed mortgage loan originator, and holds multiple insurance licenses including Life, Health, Property & Casualty, and is AHIP (Medicare) certified. This broad range of credentials allows him to provide integrated advice across the financial landscape, helping clients navigate everything from business finance to retirement and insurance planning.
Outside of his professional life, Jim is an active community member, having served school boards, the boards of several charitable organizations and the board of the National Small Business Association. A proud Rutgers alum, Jim serves on the Rutgers School of Business Advisory Board, he’s also a die-hard Rutgers football fan – widely known for his legendary tailgating skills.
